Why Genivista exists

Genivista was founded in 2022, specifically around the commercial implications of generative AI. The name itself is derived from it.

The founding observation was straightforward: companies were investing significant time and money into being visible on Google, while quietly becoming invisible to a new generation of AI-assisted buying behaviour. Buyers were asking ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity who to call — and getting answers that excluded many well-regarded businesses entirely, or described others inaccurately.

The problem was not technical complexity. It was that no one had built a commercial lens for it. Most of the early GEO conversation was happening among SEO specialists and developers. The people who needed to act — CEOs, Managing Partners, Sales Directors — were not being spoken to in their language.

That gap is what Genivista was built to close.

The founder

Neil Harte is the founder of Genivista. His background is in sales leadership — not marketing, not technology, not SEO. That is a deliberate starting point. The lens at Genivista is always commercial: what does AI visibility mean for pipeline, for competitive position, for the buyer's first impression before a sales conversation begins?

Neil has worked with professional services firms, technology companies and specialist consultancies across Ireland and the UK. The AI Visibility Audit format — 50+ buyer prompts, traffic-light reporting, plain-English output written for a senior decision-maker — is the direct product of that work.

How we work

Every Genivista engagement is fixed-fee and project-based. There are no retainers, no ongoing agency relationships, no ambiguous monthly commitments. You commission a piece of work, you receive a deliverable you own, and you decide what happens next — with our help or independently.
