- Booking details processed by our scheduling provider when you book a call.
- Standard technical information your browser sends to our hosting provider (for example IP address and basic request logs), used for security and to keep the site running.

- To respond to your enquiry and arrange or deliver an Initial Review, Diagnostic Audit or Monitoring Review.
- To carry out work you have asked us to do and communicate with you about it.
- For our legitimate interest in running and improving a professional service.

We use trusted third parties to operate the service — for example a scheduling tool to book calls, an email provider, and a website host. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
